Hello, I am glad you’re here!
About Me….
I am an educator, school counselor, and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
Who I can help….
I specialize in supporting kids ages 9+, pre-teens, teens, and young adults who are navigating stress, identity, and life’s transitions.
I also welcome women of all ages seeking support in any season of life.
My Approach to Therapy….
I view each client as a whole person, not just symptoms, considering your emotional, physical, spiritual and relational well-being together.
My role is to provide a safe, supportive place where you feel heard, gently challenged with compassion and equipped to move toward the life you want to live.
If you’ve never been to therapy before, it’s okay, we will go at your pace, I specialize in making the first steps clear and manageable.
If you’re thinking about therapy, I’d be happy to connect! Reach out and we can explore together what you need and whether this is a good fit.

“A major function of play in play therapy experience is the changing of what may be unmanageable in reality to manageable situations through symbolic representation, which provides children with opportunities for learning to cope by engaging in self-directed exploration” (Landreth, 2024, p. 16-17).
If you’re new to therapy, rest assured, we move at your pace.
You set the agenda and I’ll offer a steady, supportive space.
I believe healing begins with being heard, even in hard seasons there is a path towards hope and wholeness.
